Saehaebog (good new year) Manni (much) Paduseyo (please take). Last weekend was the lunar new year so Korean all around the country flooded on to the highways to head back to their home towns and spend the long weekend with their families.
After the great HH mum incident of 2007 I spent the next few days at Neil’s place, doing some work, politics & blogging. On Friday night I met up with HH and some of her friends and we went out to a hoff (pub) to drink & eat away the evening. Then on to a nore bang (karaoke room) for some bad drunken singing and then back to Songwon & Gini’s house for a few more drinks and then stumbling drunken into bed around 6am. Nice people. Pitty we can’t speak the same language.
Saturday was all about R&R, and then on Sunday HH went early to visit her father’s grave. During the day we went to her mum’s house and had a three course meal before the Korean speakers played Korean poker (HH won US$50). That night HH & I drove 1.5 hours north to the ski slopes and spent the night skiing (I skied, HH snowboarded) until about 5am. All good.

Hey mate sorry for not getting back to you on the emmissions trading stuff, there’s a lot going on over here atm….
Hope you’re enjoying Korea, I think it’s the kind of place I should visit. Am off to the USA later this year (East to West Coast) first trip there, so looking forward to that.

would be awesome if you cold have provided a bit details on sking..in which place did you do that? How did you manage to ski after so much liquid! Lol!
